Observation

Each child's file did not contain a signed document stating the parent reviewed the handbook and program policies. The parent handbook was reviewed. Licensor did not see where this was included: Who may legally access the child's information; The importance for keeping the information current, A kindergarten transition plan, Description of where the parent or guardian may find and review the early learning program's menu and Inspection reports. A template was used which references old WAC numbers. There have been some edits made, but not all reflect current WAC requirements.
